Ally Lynn Taylor: Pastry Cook & Baker in Washington DC

Ally was previously a Pastry Sous Chef under Executive Pastry Chef Pichet Ong at Maketto, Chef Erik Bruner-Yang's Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning Taiwanese/Cambodian influenced restaurant.

Ally contributed to Dorjee Momo, a family-run Tibetan nomad food start-up in Washington, DC, by brining a modern twist to traditional Tibetan ingredients

She also collaborates with international artists and local restaurants on inventive desserts and custom pastries.

Ally is a recent Dean's List graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston, South Carolina.
